After you confirm your order, we will send you, in short, the proforma that summarizes the goods ordered and any additional costs. You will also receive the payment details (if you have chosen wire transfer), the confirmation we can accept in your Country the cash on delivery method.
After that, we will be waiting for your confirmation/payment before arranging the shipment.
As soon as we have your confirmation, the order will be dispatched and delivered. You will receive the tracking number as soon as your order is leaving our warehouse.
You can return the goods if it does not conform to what is shown on the website or if you do not like them. In this case, we ask you to send us an email within 3 days of receipt of the goods. The transport costs are at our expense if the reason for the return is related to the quality of the product. Otherwise, we can organize the collection at a cost of € 15, or we will provide you with the address to which the goods can be sent. The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods.
